| Agave
|
Description Agave 'Baja' is a small agave that resembles dwarf forms of Agave potatorum but with finer teeth in which case it could really be Agave potatorum 'Shoji-Raijin' or other similar dwarf cultivars. We acquired our plant from Yucca Do Nursery who aquired their plant from Kyle Robinson a customer who lives in Houston, Texas. He said it thrived in heat and humidity and also reports that it took light frost with no damage. A fine pot specimen because of its small size and tight sculptural leaves. Easy and fun to grow, propagates by forming "pups" at the base. Give this little guy a try tell what you think and what other information you come up with as we are still researching this plant. Hardiness: USDA Zones
8-9 (More research needed)
Liner Sizes: 72 cell from tissue culture Check
