Aloe dorotheae - Sunset Aloe

Description

Sunset Aloe is a clumper with a rosette growth habit that originates from Africa in the Tanzania region, growing only 6-12" tall with a 20" spread. In the winter this Aloe will start to form a flower spike, the flowers will be seen in the spring, a beautiful coral red color. Aloe dorotheae is more known for its foliage, which is green-yellow when young then matures to a copper orange color, hence the common name of Sunset Aloe.
