Crassula radicans 'Small Red Carpet' - Small Red Carpet Stonecrop

Description

This Crassula has a spreading growth habit as the name radicans means prostrate. Small Red Carpet also has a multi-stemmed growth habit and is very similar to Large Red Carpet, the difference is Small Red Carpet has smaller leaves that are spaced more closely together and a darker foliage color. The smaller leaves give the plant a finer overall appearance. Foliage is green with red edging and flowers are pale yellow and can be seen throughout the growing season. Small Red Carpet works well as a for a filler plant in mixed succulent bowls. Does well with Medium to Low water in a well-drained soil. Full sun to partial sun, Crassula radicans 'Small Red Carpet' can reach 4-8" tall at maturity.
