Description

Festuca ovina var. glauca 'Elijah Blue' is a cool season ornamental grass with striking powdery blue foliage. This grass has a compact mounding habit and it clumping so it will keep to itself in neat little balls. Blue Fescue can reach 8-12" tall with a 12" spread and works very well as a groundcover. This grass also works great in mass plantings, edging and in rock gardens.
